Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.


No Refunds on Digital Products

All purchases made on CCI.TRADING are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product (such as a trading bot, indicator, or script) is delivered, it cannot be returned, and a refund will not be issued.

This policy applies regardless of:
• Download status
• Usage or satisfaction
• Platform compatibility (please verify before purchase)
• Trading performance


Exceptions (Only if Required by Law)

We may issue a refund in very limited cases, such as:
• You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical issue.
• The product was never delivered, and you contacted us within 7 days of purchase.

Trials, Previews & Product Info

To help you make informed decisions, we provide:

We do not offer trials or demo versions by default. Please contact us if you need additional product clarification before purchasing.

• Verifying compatibility with your trading platform
• Understanding that trading involves risk

We do not guarantee profits or results. By purchasing from this store, you accept that no refunds will be issued once the product is delivered.
